For most books, and above all if they are out of print, I buy from amazon second hand. http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss...&field-keywords=gradient+light&Go.x=12&Go.y=7 They are really good for out of print books.

Like Abe and Amazon, it returns worldwide results too. This search returned 50 or so copies; http://www.bookfinder.com/search/?a...axprice=&classic=on&mode=advanced&st=sr&ac=qr Note that since it searches several networked sources, many of the hits in any search are duplicates.
