Although I don't own any "toy" cameras, I give mega kudos to these cameras that really celebrate the medium of film. I mean, try to get a digital camera with a sensor that long.
I got one! It's plastic, but seems to be better made than a Holga. I've run three rolls through it, one roll of Fuji Acros B&W, one roll of Fuji Velvia 100, and one roll of Kodak Portra 400NC. I used a monopid to steady it, pulled the string and voila!:
Yeah, it was a bit stiff, I really can't justify it, I'll have to put off the lens I was going to buy for my M2. I must say that it is fun, I'm having a ball with this thing. I shoot mostly B&W, so it shouldn't be too expensive for me. I did run a few rolls of color, but I'll be using mostly B&W.
