Got my Freestyle catalog today

Got my Freestyle catalog today. The catalog announced that Kodak has discontinued a bunch of BW chemicals which include Selectol Soft, Microdol-X, HC-110 replenisher, and others. But Freestyle claims they're trying to maintain their line of chemicals through other vendors. Do you APUGers thing of the quality if the replacements?
 
Shame about Selectol Soft...wanted to try it with the Efke positive B&W papers.
 
I've found that the replacements are just as good as the originals that Freestyle offers.

Freestyle is a great source of products for analog photography.
 
some of those products have been gone for awhile, so this is not new news
 
I think Kodak farmed out their B&W chemicals anyhow.
Maybe Freestyle is getting the replacements from the same place.
 
I agree totally Bill. Been using them for over 20 years. Never been disappointed. Will give the kodak substitutes a try though.
 
I noticed there was Holga brand film in the mag, but I havent seen it on the website. Any idea who makes it?
