Excellent condition, comes with case and strap. I rarely use it any more because I have a Seikonic ambient/spot meter that suits my needs.
The "M" button shows wear from use - you can see in the photos that the graphic is faded, otherwise it's very clean.
I also have the instruction manual which is not pictured.
