Good labs in New York city?

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post in a while. I also didn't quite know where to put it...

Does anyone know of a good pro lab in New York city? I recently moved here from Illinois. (Gamma in Chicago is wonderful.) I've been going to A.S. Custom Lab near Union Square, but I don't think I like it anymore.

Modernage is my usual lab, though one of the transparencies I got back today was scratched. In general, I've been very satisfied with them.

Duggal is big and does everything, but if you're not a big customer, they may not pay much attention to you.

MVlabs for B&W custom work. Kenneth Taranto is excellent--mainly headshots, but also fine printing. Clone-a-Chrome for Ilfochromes.

David's already mentioned Duggal - they have long opening hours as well as a very wide range of services.

Most of the time I use Imagination on Park Ave South between 24th and 25th for C-41 (a lot of my friends use them for B&W as well) and Flatiron on W 17th between 6th and 7th for E-6.
