Sold GONE: Sears (Ricoh) KSX Super camera body - mirror locked up

Does anyone want a Sears KSX Super body? It is for Pentax K-mount lenses. When I received it, I installed LR44 batteries, took one shot, and the mirror locked up. It is beyond my skill to sort out what may be off on the mechanical linkages. The Self-timer light flashes, so electrical current is flowing through the circuitry. The body is very clean, and the battery compartment is OK.
