No part number stamped or printed on it, but believed to be 421-132.

Looks like it is for an 80mm or longer lens, Nikkor, Rodenstock or Schneider. I'll have to check and see if I can use it.

The part is

421-932 Extended Oval Lens Plate with 39mm hole (replaces 421-132)

The older 421-132 is (I think) the same part with an older part number.

The top (rear cell) of lenses that are physically too long can’t clear the receiver on a flat mount. The downward extension of the 421-932 (older designation 421-132) lens mount places the top of the lens low enough so that when the plate is mounted to the slide-in plate, the top of the lens clears the receiver to allow sliding the assembly: lens, mount, and slide-in plate, into the receiver.

Any 80 mm or longer lens with 39 mm thread can be used on this mount on the D5/D6 enlargers, even if they don’t need the extra clearance.
