Here is the story on this: I found this at a thrift store about to be thrown in the trash. Why? Because it was covered with wet black sticky goo and dirt. It seems that the coating they put on these to give the surface that "rubberized" grip and feel simply deteriorated to a slimy mess.
I took it home and thoroughly cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol, put fresh batteries in it, and viola! Nice looking and working Leica!
The only thing is... the alcohol wiped off the Z2x logo!
I have not film tested this. But I worked my way through the online pdf manual and everything seems to check out in working order.
There are minor scratches on the body but the lens looks good as new.
I will guarantee it- return it within 15 days if it does not work properly and I will refund you (so no risk, other than return shipping).
