I bought this C35 a few months ago off of you-know-where, and it wound up being broken. Got a full refund and kept the camera, and endeavored to fix it myself. Turns out one of the wires had come loose from the battery contacts, which didn't seem like that big of a job. In the process, I managed to pull the other wire loose, and after splicing in a short length of a different-gauge wire and shoddily soldering them onto the contacts, I
thought I had it working. The meter moves, etc, which is great, but when I finished the roll everything was totally overexposed, leading me to believe that the meter isn't actually controlling exposure and it's stuck at its base 2.8 - 1/30s setting. A few shots did seem to work out, though, so I'm not sure.
Anyway, it's yours for nothing if you want it. Just buy a shipping label and e-mail it to me!
