Andrew, thanks for posting this. I am always eager to see how others print kallitypes. One question: How did you settle on eight minutes for developing in sodium citrate? I've seen people prescribe everything from three minutes (Sandy King) to ten minutes (Tom Nelson) for processing in citric acid.

FWIW, I process for maybe five minutes in sodium acetate. I started with sodium citrate, but moved to sodium acetate because it seems to give higher contrast and more neutral tones. It's so hard to get definitive answers to best practices for processes like this, and development times is one of the places where I've struck a balance between what seems good enough, and boredom.

No reason... Usually it's 5 min. Same with sodium acetate. I tried 10 minutes years ago but too long.
