Obviously this is all a matter of opinion, but I've been printing on Hahnemule fine art Baryta and love the results. However, I don't much care for the costs and the Ilford stuff is way cheaper. (almost half the price) How does the Ilford compare? I print black and white on a 3800.
It's a very nice paper. It will be my most frequently-used paper, with Epson Exhibition for the really important stuff, once I've upgraded my printer later this year.
Michael Reichmann on Luminous Landscape did a review of baryta papers ("Battle of the Barytas"?) earlier this year; he discusses Gold Fibre Silk and reviewed it favorably.

Atlex.com has a great sample pack that I've purchased which has several of the new baryta coated papers including IGFS. IGFS is a good buy compared to the other new papers, though I'm not totally sold on it.
