Perhaps it is now merrily being displayed on someone else's website .
Generally speaking, other then deleting a thread you start within moments of starting it up, if you need it moved to another part of Photrio the best way is to Report your opening post and make the request in your Report. Us moderators take it from there.
By "Report" I mean click this link at the bottom left corner of the post:

I do note that you also uploaded the image to the Gallery - perhaps that is what you were thinking of.

EDIT - I now see that you also posted a thread with the same image and title in the correct sub-forum. I've deleted that duplicate.

As for the location, the Street Photography sub-forum is the one you already found for the duplicate thread, in the Photographic Aesthetics and Composition section of the Forum structure:
