Getting started with direct positive paper?

I got a box of Harman direct positive paper, and a couple of pinhole fabrications, but not sure how to get started, other than the guidance from the Ilford PDF document on the subject.

So here is what I know:
- compute for ISO 2-3
- pre-flash, maybe
- handle under safelight
- dev as print paper, and bring to full development

What am I missing, should avoid doing, or practice?

Good idea. I did save one of his about his preflashing method.
