Getting dichromates in Scandinavia/Norway?

I doubt I'd be able to order any from outside of the Scandinavian countries due to regulations, but was wondering if anyone knew of a place locally or had ideas as to who to ask? I'll ask my photo school, but most people work digitally now so I don't have much hope that they will know. It may help if I can find a source and have them purchase it.
