getting a backup mamiya 6 body

I have a great mamiya 6mf body and the three lenses. I love the results I get from the system, but have started to wonder about getting a backup body. with my current set up the lenses are perfectly aligned. but Im wondering about getting a body only with out having lenses that were matched to the body. would it be be crazy to buy just a body and to expect similar results to what Im getting now? Im not really a huge fan of rangefinders but I cant argue with the results I get. is the alignment really only limited to a singular body or will god lenses give me good results on different bodies?

I have several bodies and don't worry about lenses matching bodies. Never heard of this as an issue with friends who have multiple 6 bodies either.

The last time a camera company matched lenses to bodies it was Leica in the early 30s, and they very quickly standardized because otherwise sales would be impossible.

Don't worry, Mamiya did a good job.

The idea of changeable lenses is that a dedicated lens would fit any body?!
However, my Mamiya 6 with the 75mm lens may have an issue which I discovered three days ago, the images seem not sharp.
Can anybody tell about experience with CLA/lens adjustment of Mamiya 6?

I had an issue with a less than perfectly sharp 150mm lens n my Mamiya6.after sending it(alone)to Mamiya Service in Munich/Germanyit was perfect;Since they didn't gave the camera to match,I must assume it was aligned to some kind of a target value,which lets me conclude that the lenses are manufactured to match a 'standard' body.

thanks guys. just reading many threads about having to send the camera in with the lens to get them calibrated. even two repair places say to send in your lenses with the body when you get the body CLA'd. happy to hear its not an issue. I really didnt think it would be but reading gave me a reason to pause and figures the people who actually own two or more bodies would chime in and tell me Im nuts.

Don't worry, Mamiya did a good job.

And Linhof cams matched to lens.

I sent mine to the repair shop because I was getting less than sharp results. They told me that my 50mm was spot on and my 150mm was so close to being spot on that it wasn't worth adjusting the lens.(This would imply operator error wouldn't it). So based on that I'm sure they adjust the lenses and not the bodies.
I used Precision Camera Works near chicago (847-470-3350) and it was a very good experience.

I can't imagine "god" lenses making anything but perfect results. Unless of course, you're shooting on a sunday.
