German Apugger help needed (Mamiya 220 spare parts)

Okay,

now this is a long shot... I have a C220F in very nice cosmetic and mechanical condition except for one thing: the upper film knob, with which you open the camera is missing. I have asked around, and in my long search I may have found what I need, at Mamiya in Germany. Problem is, they don't ship out of country (I need a german address).

Is there someone willing to a) check if they really do have this part and if so, b) ship this part to me in Sweden?

After a seriously strange and rather tiresome e-bay purchase of another C220 F that never showed up, I am at my wits end...
