GEPE G-2004 lightbox - what adapter?

The subject line says it all. I have a GEPE G-2004 lightbox and I cannot find the adapter. Just as an aside, I am an electronics illiterate and I had no idea that getting an adapter would be so complicated.

I got there after a circuitous search that landed on this 2012 post on the Large Format site by Bob Solomon, who quoted the catalog number.
