Geared Head w/ Arca Swiss Plate Solution???

So, I'm looking for a geared head exactly like the Manfrotto 410 but with an Arca Swiss style plate so I can use a RRS L Plate. Any suggestions? My research isn't showing anything.

Arca-$wi$$ Cube or you can put an A-S-style clamp on a Manfrotto 410.
