in the last 3-6 months how many different films + papers, processes have you tried, developers have you worked with and gear have you purchased ?

we all know times are good if you like buying gear-- pros quit, people lose interest people buy something and realize it isn't for them so they sell ..
and we also know part of black and white's thing is that there are handfuls of papers ( some old, some new ) and film ( some old, some new )
over 100 years worth of chemistry formulas to have fun with ( including concocting one's own light sensitive fun ), and lots and lots of ways to
get a image from a camera onto a piece of paper.

the summer is almost over, was it a spring + summer of photography for you ?

No, the weather's been terrible, my health has been rotten and circumstances generally have conspired to make it al rather difficult.
There's been a couple of sporadic bursts of stuff done, but over all has been a bit of a discouraging time photographicajjw for me. And my stupid phone can't spell.

Roll on death ...

I've managed to keep it pretty simple this summer...I've been using a Nikkormat FTN with 50mm almost exclusively. I did drag a little P&S with me on a few backpacking trips. Material are also pretty simple: Tri-X developed in home brew D-76 or D-23. When the light is harsh, I substitute HP5.

I have entered ECN-2. With old Kodak 50D from crappy e-bay seller and nice FujiFilm 250D from nice APUG member.
I can't get stable results with old 50D in ECN-2. So, I developed some rolls in HC-110 and was able to print from it.
