And on my Android tablet (also running Chrome) I also don't see your avatar - just the place holder - and get the same "unable to handle this request" message when I copy the image address.

thanks for the info
Your avatar is visible now!
I did turn off my desktop computer over night.
Maybe it just needed a rest.

Reply boxes working in 64 bit Firefox Windows 10, but not in 32 bit Firefox and Windows 7.

Working strangely in IE, ok sometimes but not others.

Hey Ron,

I just made a change to the way java is functioning on the site. Can you refresh and see if things are any better? Thanks

do you mean top left corner? This is what I see on the latest safari.

If you see a broken image can you inspect it and tell me what the image address is? thanks

First off, I should have said top left corner, not right.

Second, I tried to reply using my Mac and Safari, but Phototrio does not work at all. No reply box appears when I hit reply. Everything else appears but the box does not. I can post a blank reply.

Third, the image that is broken in Safari is located at https://p8c6h5n8.stackpathcdn.com/styles/logo.svg

Thanks for the info. What OS and browser/version are you on? Do you have any script blocking plugins running or anything that might interfere with javascript? Feel free to email me if needed: sean@photrio.com

if you click the link to the image location do you get an error message?

I'm replying to you on my work computer, running Windows 7 and Firefox. On my Mac I'm using Safari 11.1.2 and running macOS 10.13.6. Javascrip has been enabled. The only plugin I run is adBlocker. I turned this off and reloaded the page and the missing logos did not return. Clicking on that logo just reloads the page.

Strange, I'm running the same mac stats here. Can you try a different browser on your mac and let me know if it works. I'll do some Safari researching.

If you want to test something else for me, try creating a new user account on your mac, log into the new account and hit the site, see if the errors persist.

Also, are you using a VPN or proxy service of any kind? Anything that is forcing some anonymity or such?

Just want to chime in to say that I'm running the same versions of Mac and Safari and the logo goes to the main page for me.

Oh and I’m not running any vpn or proxy. Pretty standard setup. Nothing fancy.

I am viewing Photrio on Windows 7, 8.1, 10 Android Galaxy Tab S and Galaxy S9 (all current version Firefox and Chrome) and the odd one out being an iPhone X running Safari, which takes a while to load elements (not my phone). I suspect Apple has a problem with page interpretation/standard.

Are you familiar with the development console in Safari?

Maybe we can find some errors being generated in there.

Ok, most bugs should be fixed. If anyone is having issues please let me know. You can email me: sean@photrio.com

If a few folks can post here to confirm things are running well for them that would be good too. Thanks!
I'm not seeing any issues.

OK, the problem is clearly on my end as it goes away if I use a new user account on my Mac and Safari, OR if I use Firefox in my normal Mac account. Must be some corruption in the Safari preference file.

Sorry to be a bother.

Edit: Maybe not. I see that I can now see the logo in my normal account using Safari. I have not done anything yet to the preference files. If you made some changes to the server then that must have fixed the problem.

One problem that still remains is that I cannot reply to any posts in Safari. No text box appears. This problem does not happen with Firefox.

Safari works fine for me. Are you sure you are logged in?
