fyi- some photrio ad serving tweaks (google got a bit out of hand)

Hi All,

Google 'auto ads" got a bit carried away. I found a way to disable their injecting in the main pages. Ads should now be mostly in the outer perimeters (header, sidebar, footer). That should reduce most of the ad clutter in the main page areas. They just had a major upgrade of their ad system so I will see what else I can tweak.
