fyi- Remove small avatars from thread list view option added

Hi All,

When doing searches and viewing lists of threads there is a small user avatar next to each thread. Some prefer the avatars others not so much. I have added an option in user preferences allowing you to enable/disable the thread avatars. You can find the option by clicking on your user menu and preferences link:
