The option to move your sidebar to the right side of the forum has been added. You can access those setting here at the bottom of your sidebar, click "customize sidebar":

Umm... my bar moved itself to the right, and when I went in to customize the sidebar, it already was set to "Left."
I just re-saved it and things are fine.

strange, my account and test accounts didn't have that issues but sounds ok for you now
