Yet another moderator from the American hemisphere.
This is an issue concerning time of attendance, but also concerning the look at matters. (Though Matt has presented himself not as biased.)
Partly as this is the highest traffic region. I tend to cover most of the southern hemisphere and have been on a better schedule lately. I basically put in an hour during my lunch break at the day job catching up on photrio mails and clearing issues while I eat. I prefer it this way as it's less for me to do when I get home. Some things get tabled for the weekend, but if it's major I will try to clear it up.
Keep in mind, most members go with the flow and do not report posts or care about drama, so we don't necessarily action every single individual report. This is because some might have a habit of constantly reporting everything they don't like or annoys them. We tend to worry about 2 or more reports from different members directed at a single incident. I would rather encourage someone to ignore what they don't like and move on, than mods running around all day like mad trying to make their world perfect.
