I just had a "duh!" moment on another thread (thank you Robert!).

Rollei films are "produced" by Maco, whatever that means, but what it REALLY means is that to find out who sells them in your country, you need to find a Maco reseller.

And so Maco's site has an entire page devoted to this on their site:
http://www.mahn.net/Frameset.htm

I've contacted one in Canada, and found that he has the fabulous Retro 100 and 400, i.e. the APX ones.

So if you're crying for the loss of Agfa films, stop wasting your precious bodily fluids, and call (or email) instead your local Maco dude.

ROLLEI film assortment!

Hi mhv!

Meanwhile it should'nt be not a secret anymore, that the MACO/ROLLEI films are produced by AGFA GEVAERT Belgium, and FILMOTEC in Wolfen/Germany!

Also, MACO is the general distributor for all original AGFA chemistries, produced now by A & O in Vaihingen/Germany.

Please feel free and address your questions concerning ROLLEI films and ROLLEI and AGFA Chemistries to www.mahn.net. You will get a quick answer.

Regards

My recent experience with Silverprint mail-order is good, and they stock all the Rollei Retro speeds & sizes.
