fyi- changes with the mid-thread banner ad

Hi All,

Today I am making the mid-thread banner viewable to all, however subscribers WILL have the option of turning it off completely. Several subscribers mentioned they would like an option to show the banner as a way to provide extra support for the site. The banner basically shows in the middle of each group of posts. This should be up and running some time today. To those subscribers who choose to show the mid-thread banner it helps with our ad revenue so thank you very much!
