The Portfolio system for subscribers is now in place. The main thread for discussion and feedback is here:

Subscribers can now go to their "My APUG" control panel and click on "Edit my Portfolio" in the left menu bar. Everything appears to be working great. Whoever gets one going let me know how it went and I appreciate any feedback. This will be getting more visibility very soon.
