Fuji makes quick loads which are single sheets but not instant film.
About the only thing a Polaroid 545i holder (and older holders that use same film) is as a Quickload holder--Unless some company negotiates with Polaroid to continue making some of a few of the products in 4x5 sheets. I think Ilford is in negotiations, but I think it is a long shot.
However, both Kodak and Fuji make Quickload style films which can be used in the 545i holder, but you have to darkroom process them, as they are conventional films, not instant films. There is still for some photographers a "convenience" factor in using the quickload style films, rather than loading and unloading multiple double-dark-slide film holders.
