I am selling a Fujinon 55mm F1.8 for M42 mount SLR's (probably from the 1970's). The optical condition of this lens is superb - no haze, no scratches, no fungus or other defects. The focus and iris controls are also smooth and normal. The iris action is, however, sluggish on the return stroke (after auto stopping down). My guess is that the lens would take great photos, even in auto iris mode, but I have not tested it on a camera with film (or sensor) and I have too much on my plate right now to do so. It will, at the very lease, function as a preset M42 lens (if used on an M42 SLR with stop-down preview). The build quality is inspiring BTW, it is pretty (IMO), and it is priced accordingly!
