I recently got a CP-31 and I am wondering how to properly set the processing time. The only manual I could find online misses the part where the relationship between transport speed and processing time is explained.
Could someone please explain the relationship to me or better yet share the full manual?
Hi, it's been a while since I set up my CP31 and the manuals you found on-line might be because of me (silveruser.ca). They were pieced together from various sources including the Way-Back Machine. The speed setting is supposed to indicate mm/min The best I remember is running a sheet of paper thru with the cover off (BW RC will do with just water for testing) and timing from when the paper entered the solution till when the leading edge exited the first section.
I will look and see if I have any docs with the missing page but on first look around I don't see anything and since it's been a while it might be deeply buried.
I did find this from the CP32 manual it might be a starting place.
Thank you very much, George. Exactly what I was looking for. I suppose the CP-31 and 32 aren't too different so this should be a good starting point for me.
Also your documents on silveruser.ca have been of great help to me so far.
