Sure part of the reason was a move of facilities, but the other part was higher demand - this is good news, right?

Mmmm, maybe. The BJP published that on 24 Dec, but my Fujifilm Professional email Newsletter of 23 Dec says :
Processing latest
The new Fujifilm Processing Lab has now been operating for two months.
The lab is responsible for the processing of all process paid Sensia slide film and Fujifilms other professional films when sent in Fujifilms new pre-paid processing envelopes and also the Image to CD service.
A new website has been launched to support the service,
Dead Link Removed the site includes an order tracking system that enables customers to enter their unique reference number to check the status of their order. A dedicated customer service line has also been set-up; photographers just need to call 0113 244 8221 to receive any information they may require on film processing.
The address of the new lab is:
Fujifilm Processing Laboratory
PO BOX 136
Leeds
LS10 9BX
Now this is all fine and dandy, but if I was a working pro waiting on a turnaround I'd be livid to read the BJP article at the same time as Fuji are failing to tell me about it. Sheesh, what do they pay their PR guys?
