Does anybody know if this is yet another increase?
Fuji increased prices by 20% around October last year. The news then were only released in Japanese.
I wonder if this is the corresponding increase for the rest of the world.

"worldwide price increase"....."Effective from January 2016 onward"

I would think it is another price increase worldwide, starting January 2016.

Yes, it is another increase. Probably around 15 to 20%. I have not seen the Fujifilm Dealer Bulletin given to retail outlets yet, but this increase was mooted last December.
As it says in the smaller print, increases will differ by market/country. The US/Canada is a much bigger market than, say, Australia, so I suspect down here the increase will be higher.

I'm just happy they're still making chrome film! Hopefully, the price increase won't be too bad. The online prices are still the same (as of right now), so I may stock-up before the increase hits.

Because it was only an increase in Japan. It did not happen in the rest of the world.

Best regards,

Fujifilm's inability to communicate regarding their film business is staggering. Web sites around the world are talking about a global price increase for all of Fuji's films.

If this is not true then Fujifilm should open their mouth and set the story straight.
