I have just shot my first roll of the above. What a fantastic film  . I've used it for fashion and portrait shots mainly but it is also pretty good for outdoor scenes. Perhaps not as contrasty as K64 but I thgink it's going to become my film of choice. I also got FANTASTIC service from the lab http://www.fujilab.co.uk/. I stupidky forgot to put my name and return address in the envelope. Rang them up and a very helpful person quickly id'd my photos from a few shots and returned them special delivery within 48 hours, even put a hand written note inside the envelope.
It's nice to know that customer service is alive and well.

Cheers CJB

I just shot my first roll last week too. It is now my new favorite over kodak E100G. Mostly because I can actually find it too buy. I can never find the kodak stuff. Astia is a great film and I just ordered a bunch for my freezer.

Another Astia fan here. I finally gave up Kodachrome 25 when I started shooting Astia in medium and large format.
