FUJICHROME MS 100/1000 Professional .....anybody?

I noticed this film, FUJICHROME MS 100/1000 Professional color reversal film, listed on the www.lomography.com
website, and available in 120. Has anyone used this in the past, and any experience or stories?

My plan was to use at the 100 ISO base rating, at least at first try. The ability to push it looks interesting also.

yes, used it. no, haven't bought from them. Likely quite expired since it hasn't been made for some time. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It was a great film, and I shot lots of it, but at this point, it's likely to have a fair amount of magenta shift, especially when pushed.

I've only cross processed it before. I enjoy using it from time to time. I rate it at 80 usually since what rolls I have are around 10 years expired.

On the Lomo site it is advertised as current (or should I say, not "Expired"), but without any real guidance from them it sounds like this is old product.

I'm not looking for "artsy", just a conventional E-6 product, but this must be emulsion that is the last of the batch. Maybe I should look to other Fuji product in 120?

It was discontinued several yrs ago. Its not a conventional film. Its E-6, but designed for pushing to high speeds, kind of like Ilford Delta 3200 or Kodak Tmax p3200 black and white films. For a general purpose film, you're better off with Provia 100F or 400

I've used that film. That was good stuff. It pushed beautifully, and it had subtle colors at the higher speeds. I used it at 800, which was as far as my lab would push it.

No, that's not a current film. I used it in the late 1990s. It had some grain in the shadows in higher speeds, but for an 11x14 print, I didn't see anything that I considered objectionable. A current roll of it would have a color shift, I'm sure, from its age.
