I think this is a special purpose film that is only sporadically produced. I've never seen any spec sheets for it, nor has it been offered for sale in the US.
Apparently Fuji produces approx. 30,000 rolls of it to be released in the spring of each year. Supposedly it's specifically made for photographing cherry trees in bloom. It really saturates greens, pinks, and purples. The only shots that I've seen with it are on Tommy Oshima's Flickr page...and they're quite nice. I've got some on the way at the moment, actually, but that's only because I have a friend who's willing to bring some to me from Korea.
