No case the thing is a tank. I use a basic large or XL sized lens wrap if I'm packing it with other stuff. But it's such a solid camera, only thing you have to worry about is the front lens hood.
Just a camera bag, it's no heavier or larger than a current DSLR, a hard case could be overkill. If you want a 'soft' comfy bag something like a Think Tank 'Retrospective 7' takes it with plenty of room for filters and film.
If you want something that is very inexpensive, I just got the Lowepro Adventura 170. If you remove one divider, it holds my GW690II and a ton of film and filters. Or, it can hold the GW690, a small rangefinder with smallish lens (40mm) like the Bessa R3M or similarly sized camera, and a little film and filters.
I use a Domke F3-X bag for my GSW690III. The Domke bags are fast and easy to use for street shooting. There's a good amount of extra room for film, a note pad, and other accessories.

For maximum protection, I prefer a hard photo case. In my small watertight Pelican case, I carry my medium format Fuji GW670 or my Fuji GSW690 rangefinder.
