I recently shot a roll of 120 slide film a friend gave me. The slides have an edge marking of Fuji RVP 573. The negatives are very magenta, presumably due to unfavourable storage conditions. I was wondering if anyone here is aware of what variant of Velvia film this could be.

RVP is Velvia 50. There are no other variants of Velvia 50, other than the emulsion name e.g. Velvia 100, the one with the gaudy palette, and the much-loathed, discontinued Velvia 100F with its ugly tints of mustard and beetroot. The rebate markings are batch/run references -- of no consequence. The heavy purple cast suggest heat damage, or an extra special Halloween version, just for you!
