Is this Fuji Reala the same or just a different emulsion branded as Reala(fujicolor 100)?

It's Fujicolor Industrial 100 etc which is Fujicolor 100 as far I as remember, it isn't Reala.

Back in 2010 I bought about 20 rolls of expired Reala at a camera store for $0.99 US each and put them in my freezer. I'm down to my last few rolls now and I just shot my first roll in a long while. Reala was discontinued two or three years ago. But you can probably still find some somewhere.
