I often wonder how gloomy the fate of analogue photography can be if they're still making APS film, I hardly ever see the cameras for them.

Very interesting. One of the purported reasons for the decline in APS was said to be the lack of film varieties, especially slide film and B&W.

Is the appearance of this announcement on April 1 important?
