Hi Everyone,

I bought a nice Fuji GX680 IIIs for myself and was super excited to try it. However the Incorrect-Exposure Warning system locks me out if I take one shot with incorrect exposure.
When I power it on and shoot once with the wrong settings, it starts to beep and won't allow me to shoot again.
Even if I try to correct the exposure settings, I'm still locked out.

The only solution is to power it off and on again, and I can take another shot.

Is that normal behaviour?
The manual I found explains this but don't tell if it's supposed to lock the body or if there's a solution.

Thanks a lot!

Why are you getting an "incorrect Exposure" warning? It's a manual camera.
Unless you have the ultra-rare AE finder, in which case I'd suggest using the waist-level finder and seeing if the problem persists.
I never used the "S", only the III. Do they have slightly different controls?

From reading the manual, that sounds more like a camera fault rather than incorrect exposure warning. The exposure warning is simply that - a warning. A fault will stop camera operation like you describe.

Does your film holder need a new battery?
