Fuji GW670III Value

To all you Fuji owners/shooters out there,

Given a Fuji GW670III described as "better than very good" or, maybe, "almost excellent" with 117 on the film counter, clear glass, etc, where would you guessitmate the value as of today? I'm looking for opinions on what I could expect to pay for one as I've described.

Thank you for any insight provided.

$500. Not a perfect estimation and I'd say most of it is for the condition (mint).

I have a GW690III in user condition which cost me $375 2 years ago (+-300€). The 6x9 90mm ones are the most plentiful. GSW's have more value and the rarest IIRC is the 6x8 GW680III (also available with the 65mm). As a more personal opinion, I'd steer towards the 6x9 or 6x8's as the only difference is the film gate mask, and you will be carrying the same 6x9 body and lens.

Agreed, somewhere in the $400-600 range. Also agreed the GSW's are more expensive and you may as well go for 6x9 unless you prefer 6x7 for some reason.

They come up on Ebay from time to time if you want to take the time to watch a couple to see what they sell for.

I think the above two answers are pretty close to the last time I saw one sell.

Just be aware of that the film counters can easily be reset. So you need to compare this to overall condition, which might be a better indicator of the
truth. But you're talking anywhere from $200 to $600, depending. Anything above $400 should be nearly immaculate to be worth it. Also beware of
haze in older viewfinders. This might not affect either rangefinder focus or general composition, but does take a bit of the edge off enjoyment of the
machine. I recently accepted this kind of compromise to acquire a 6x9 at a reasonable price, yet which had an immaculate taking lens due to a filter
being permanently over it all those years.

I picked the 690 over the 670, because of the bigger negative. If you want to print 6 by 7, you can just crop that out, but you cannot go the other way.
Seeing that the 670 and 690 are the same physical size, it is something to consider.
Also, I ended up buying from within the USA as both copies I got from Japan had haze and fungus, even though both 100% ebay rated sellers never disclosed that.
It was a huge pain to send back etc.
I think I paid about $400-$450 for a mint gw690iii two years ago.

I bought my GW670iii (excellent++) for Euro 500 ($560) in 2015 - film counter was about 3xx
(keep in mind what Drew said above !).
Mine came from a German seller - there are a few FUJI GW's on ebay.com (usually from Japan) for a little less money but I would have to pay postage, customs and taxes.
I do not regret my purchase so far.

I am happy with my GSW690III, i did shoot with it 4 days ago, and just developer a film out of it few hours ago, this camera and the format 6x9 is something else, and this camera will be definitely one of cameras i will carry when i travel, nice format and results out of it.

for GW670III, i really would choose Mamiya 6x7 over it anytime, i have 3 actually, RZ, RB, and Mamiya 7II, and i was able to buy that Fuji GW 6x7 any model in the past, but i just passed it and went with 6x9, never looked back.
