Hi all - I just developed a roll of film from my GS645S and noticed that my once tack sharp lens was not so tack sharp anymore. I do my best to be gentle with it, but I have recently taken it on some hike where it likely took a few small bumps in my case. It had a CLA prior to me buying it and everything else appears to be in excellent condition. I'm trying to figure out exactly what to do to adjust it, and I really don't want to mess something up that I wouldn't know how to fix. Unfortunately for this camera, there aren't too many threads on it. A couple of questions:
1) I notice that the double image is significantly off at infinity. I have seen some things about "infinity adjustments", but I am a little confused about how to do this. Any tips for getting this correct?
2) I found a maintenance manual for the GS645 (same top plate construction but with the bellows system), but it doesn't really tell me how to get to the adjustment screws. Can somebody help me through finding them?
3) I live in a place where there isn't even a true camera shop, so I am hesitant to send it off somewhere. Would I be better off just eating the cost and having a professional do it?
Thanks for the help!
