Fuji FZ-6 Tele camera

I just bought a Fuji FZ-6 Tele at a local thrift store for $0.25. Minty except for 30-year old corroded batteries in the battery compartment. Kind of an interesting camera. Super quiet shutter. Stuck a long expired roll of Kodak Gold 200 in it. We’ll see what comes out.

This model is new to me. I assume the sliding switch on top moves lens elements over viewer and taking lens, as seen with some type 110 cameras.

There are a fair number to duel lens 35mm point and shoots, Minolta, Canon, and Olympus to name a few I've seen. Minolta's first version of the Weathermatic has the duel 35mm and 85mm. Not sure of the lens design.

Correction the Weathermatic has a 35mm or 50mm not an 85.

The slider on the front below the lenses opens and closes the lens cover. The slider on the top switches between lenses.

I didn't know there were a fair number of these dual lens cameras. This is the first one I've seen and, of course, it isn't in the same league as a Minolta, Canon, or Olympus. But, I imagine it takes passable photos. I'll have to do some research on the Minolta dual lens cameras. Do you happen to know any model numbers for those?

Don't do it. Because the next time you turn around you'll be buying $1 cameras, and you have to stop before it gets that far out of hand. You don't want to end up subsisting on cat food from the Bgn bins. Dried, not the expensive canned stuff. And if the cat has to switch to the dried food too, watch out!

Lol. Tell me about it! I can’t stop buying $150 ones! Do you have any dried cat food recommendations?
