I already have the GSW690 II and I like it so much I want to buy the 90mm version. Not looking for mint, but the glass has to be pristine and the aperture/shutter blades have to be clean with no oil or dirt. Let me know....

Thanks. I saw the add. Too rich for me  I'm looking for a good working user.

Then you probably don't want mine, with oil on its shutter that froze a couple years ago. But if you did, $100 plus shipping. It took perfect pictures while its shutter worked. Good luck.

That could be a serious problem. I'm not sure that anyone can repair that. Have you tried? Any other issues?

No other issues. But in my case, the repairman I sent it to forgot it in a corner of his shop for 1.5 years. Can you believe it? I expect it back here in a couple days. I've looked for other repairers but so far have not succeeded so I'm okay with letting it go.

I've done some complex repairs myself in the past with large format lenses. About 50% ended up killing the beast for good. I'll give it a try if you don't mind shipping to Canada. No special shipping needed, and I can pay PayPal or any other way you prefer. Thanks.

Okay. I don't want you to be disappointed so let me get it back in the mail and I'll take full pictures for you before you agree.

If OP manages to fix it, it's a happy story.

How is the situation for repairers servicing these Fujis? Mine might be slightly off at infinity sometimes and I thought a proper servicing might be good to do sometime.

I haven't seen much promising things, did interestingly have some small talk with a new repairer on another city that had a GW690 opened up when I visited the store for film. Mentioned they were built tough, but that workshop didn't have a collimator which might be what my unit needs of heading for a shop.

Never had a GSW, the 90mm is really good.

The repairer I sent it to normally does 35mm Canons, but he said he would give it a try. He's getting up there in age. I saw someone recommend a service in Florida, but I emailed them with no response. The main recommended repairer of GW690s in the USA retired around 5 years ago if I recall correctly.

Frank Marshman at Camerawiz did an outstanding job on my Fuji 645 folder 2 years ago. As far as I know he is still in business and I think he works on all the Fuji rangefinder's.

All - I'm receiving a lot of messages about buying my broken GW690. Did not expect this much demand for a camera that is not working. I have sent it to @Pasto .
