Fuji CN-16Q NQ3R question (C41 fixer)

Thanks to this forum, I found out you could use C41 Fixer for B/W film. The distributor of Fuji is a short drive away and they sell CN-16Q NQ3R.

There are other threads about C41 Flexicolor from Kodak.

So should I just follow the recommendation in those old threads and treat this fixer just like Kodak C41 fixer?
