My local provider for chemicals no longer carries Kodak ra-4 blix, and provided me instead with the Fuji ra-4 bleach fix.

Processing with it at room temperature, for 2 minutes continuous agitation on the motor base gives terrible results. The prints look identical to what i would get from an exhausted fixer solution.

I'm sure the solution is to extend time, but does anyone have any good numbers for working with this?

The product i'm using is EC-1 RA AP Bleach Fix Replenisher.

Do you need a "starter?" I have little familiarity with Kodak or Fuji chems, but I've noticed that many use starter and replenisher.
