Having spent a long time searching APUG and further afield, I cannot find a suggested dev time for this combination. I will be processing the film in a Jobo ATL-1000. Most will be 4x5 but there will be some 120 as well.

If necessary, I can use figures for a similar film to get me in the ballpark, but thought it worth asking (after having done the searches). If someone is using this combination, then I would be very grateful to be pointed closer to the goal!

In my old set-up with PMK in a Combi-Plan tank, I found 11 1/2 mins at 21 deg C, gave negs which I liked, if this is helpful to interpolate.

I am looking for Negs for "Normal" processes and have printed out the excellent Sandy King articles from Unblinking Eye, but do not have a densitometer or sufficient knowledge to have benchmark figures from which to interpret his graphs to get me started. Better still if N-1 and other adjustments are known.

The developer and Ole's Fix (OF-1) mix are ready and raring to go whizzing around, so I just need to know how long to make their ride............

I shoot acros at EI80 and dev 1:1:100 for 11mins at 20 degrees C, if you search I think I made a thread on this. This is proccessed by hand though, not sure how you convert the time for the jobo ATL-1000.

Have done three runs today.

First I did a 120 roll for 11 mins at 1:1:100, then another (same subjects) for 9 mins at 2:2:100.

Both sets negs are useable. First lot was quite thin and seemed lacking in speed. Second gave very and probably overly punchy negs. Realised on the 2nd batch that I had messed up on temp since when I checked water bath at the end, it was 21.5 deg C.

Thinking hat went on and so I re-read up on literature to determine what to do for the third run - when doing so, I had the horrible realisation that I had also used wrong ratio of solution B (I am using the Sodium Carbonate version). Foolishly I inadvertently went into PMK auto-mode when measuring and had done 1:2:100 and 2:4:100 respectively instead of 1:5:100 (or 94) and 2:10:100 (or 88). Prat!

So the third run was done at 1:5:94 for 11:30 with 4 sheets of 5x4 which I have been itching to process. these are currently drying, but look much closer to what I was after. However will asses properly on the lightbox tomorrow.
