Fuji Acros 4x5 notch codes?

Does anyone have an image of the Fuji Acros 4x5 notch codes? I can't seem to find anything in the datasheets, or online anywhere.

Looks like Acros is not available in sheet form any more, so Fuji has scrubbed all their datasheets of info related to the sheets, how annoying! (Interestingly, you can still buy it that way from US vendors - wonder how old that stock is?!)

Is it really gone in 4x5? I thought they just changed the box sizes again again again.

The fujifilm USA data sheets for Acros 100 say 35mm and 120 only (and therefore don't list notch codes, unlike the data sheets for other films that do list sheet sizes.) But then again, who knows with Fuji and their product availability, right???

Gotta love Fuji, eh? I see it is in stock at various places.

Now, to stock up or not .....
