I allow me to misuse this classified for a question. Sorry for that.
I the bracket part only usable without that other part, that seems to be a cover?
I got offered (near by but not locally, so I can not simply find out myself) the bracket, that means the grip part and the metal part that goes under the camera. But the other part is missing, so I am not shure if I should or not buy.

This post is several years old. Is this item even still for sale?
