I have a pretty nice example of the Samoca II, viewfinder 35mm camera from the early 50s. Camerapedia article. Shutter sounds pretty good, glass on lens is quite good, some damage on the cold shoe but looks like a quick tweak would set it right.

Trade for: film, Paterson 2x120 tank, ????. Shoot me an offer if you don't have those things.

Item is in 92116, San Diego, CA, USA.

Yes, it's quite compact and lightweight, the entire back/bottom plate comes off. It has a chrome pressure plate. I'll try to put a short roll through it and see what results look like.

Edit: found some more info on this series of cameras: http://pheugo.com/cameras/index.php?page=samoca35

Bump.

Trade for 35mm Portra 400, TX or TMY?

Bump to help me get this to a home that can put it to use. You could even use this for the current monthly assignment: Cheap camera.

Another bump-ski.

Bump. Taking offers.
